I received my approval notice in the mail for i-765 and i-130 on August 12th. The notice said that it had been approved on August 8th (8/8), but now it is 8/22 and I have heard of nor received anything since. When I called USCIS, they said my card was probably in production but they couldn't give me any more information.  I'm due to travel soon, and really need to get some more information on when my card will arrive.

From reading other conversations/experiences, it seems like most people got card production notices, or card mailed notices etc, where as I received only approval, and most people are receiving their EAP/AD combo cards within 7 days of approval notices, if not less—should I be worried about how long it's taken—im worries something has gone wrong? Is there anything I can do to help move it along quicker? Or even is there any way to get any useful information out of USCIS call center!

Any help would be really appreciated.

I would say give it until next Monday and then call about it.

What should I say when I call to get any information? They just seem to say: "You have to wait 30 days"and can't even tell me if my card is in production or being mailed—even though everyone else is getting cards within week or less of approval.

Hi Zuchum,

Did you have any success with this in the end? How long did it take to get your card?

Thanks!
