Hello people! So I sent my documents for the AOS. ( im in the US on a f1 ). Our household is just me and she (2 people )

 

My wife docs:

 

Tax return 2016:   14,000

Tax return 2015:    21,000

Tax return 2014:    16,000

 

Letter of employment telling she works full time since January ,she makes $16 a hour and she is expecting to make $33,200 this year

 

 

Paytubs since january from this job and other job she works part time ( total she already made aproximatelly 26,000 from January to August )

 

 

All bank stataments from january to august showing all the deposits

 

do you ll thing we gonna be fine or they still gonna ask us a co-sponsor?

You can file, bring several paystubs and a letter from her current employer stating salary and that this is a long term, stable job.  You should not need a co-sponsor.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
