It would really be helpful when attempting to answer your questions, if you could complete your timeline and update your profile with a bit more background information.  You don't even list a country or type of visa filed for.

 

It takes a little bit of time...especially depending on what embassy you are working through.  You will see your case status go from AP -  Ready  - AP  - Issued.  So be patient, 8 days is not long.  You're almost there now.

It seems you filed for a K1 visa.  It takes a little bit of time...especially depending on what embassy you are working through.  You will see your case status go from AP -  Ready  - AP  - Issued.  So be patient, 8 days is not long.  You're almost there now.

thank for the reply  sir , i was not really familiar how to use this site but i will try my best to create my timeline . We filed for k1 visa i had my interview last august 14th at us embassy manila .

If you were told at your interview that your visa is approved, and they kept your passport, you will hear something soon.

01/13/2016: I-129F filed  07/15/2016: K-1 visa in hand
10/13/2016: Filed AOS + EAD/AP.   07/07/2017: Permanent resident (Conditional)
04/16/2019: Filed ROC  11/17/2020: Approved. (10 yr GC)

 

Naturalization                                                        
09/02/2020: Filed (Online)    09/08/2020: NOA1: (NBC
10/22/2020: Biometrics Reuse Notice.  12/22/2020: Online Status Changed to Interview Was Scheduled.  
01/29/2021: N-400 Interview - PASSED! 01/29/2021: Same-day oath ceremony.

You can only wait and hope for the best. Everyone's case goes under AP. They still need to do some checking and review on your case before issuing the but that is normal. Mine was the same only it stayed under AP for only 2 days.
