Hello everyone! again i really need your help. Im having difficulty filling out the new i-130 form.

For mailing address:

10.a  in care of name, i wrote my husband's name who is the petitioner is it correct? or i should leave it blank? He is living with his mom and brother in their own house in US.  and i wrote their home address as follows from 10 b-10i.. and by the way i marked yes number 11. please enlighten my mind. thank you

When the person actually lives at the address being used, there is no "In care of".  That's for sending mail to another person's address.  It's seldom applicable in cases where the petitioner actually has a residence in the US.

The language in that section is confusing, yes.  However, the beneficiary's passport information should be included.

ok, i will do that. How about the date of marriage ended. we both got married only once and we are still together. should i write N/A or leave it blank?

My passport has my maiden name and next month i will change my status and family name. Im sure i will have my new passport then. will that  be okay? Im afraid it would affect my application
