My coworker that has over 100 BTC does have 3 supercomputers going all day mine it and he says he makes about $300 a day. But that's not counting the energy he used that day mining that BTC.

If I understand correctly he has a total of $450,000 in BTC alone. I'd say sell half and invest proceeds in other currencies that have more room to go. We're talking a total market cap for all currencies of almost 150 bil, but once you take BTC, ETH, and BCH you're left with only 40 bil, and once you take ripple out of there you're left with 30 bil...so plenty more room to grow. I see total cap excluding those at the very least X10 if not X100 or more several years from now. They will add whatever they will add to that but not the same magnitude. With Bitcoin these days it's mostly name recognition, they were the first...they are the only coin that has been added for payment in most places so far, but I think that will change and once it does other currencies will explode, so I'd personally much rather invest my money into the next bitcoin than the old one.

My ETH and BTC are locked away into Gemini right now. But the rest of money is in Bittrex put away into NEO right now. Yeah I hear you about woulda and shoulda's, I hear it all the time from my coworker Buck. He talks everyday now how he at one time he had 12,000 BTC in 2009, and how he could retire today if he had it. I have made some money from crypto right now and I like messing with it because it keeps me on my game.

What currencies do you like right now? You can pm me the list if you want.

I'll pm you with some of them tomorrow. Some are highly speculative, $0.00004 coins that I threw some money at to see what happens. Others are more serious like MIOTA, XMR, STRAT, LSK, MAID, etc. Even Mark Cuban is starting to throw some money at this:

It is the future; of that there is no doubt.

Yeah he is a great guy and he does have the BTC because he showed us one time when we called his BS. But he is a very smart man that has alot of time on his hands to do whatever he wants.

The moment something becomes so mainstream like BTC seems to have gotten these days, it's usually the beginning of the end. By the time everybody recognizes something it's time to move on. At this point to even go up 10X it would have to go to $40,000, I just don't see that happening, then again when it was at 6 cents I never would have imagined it would reach 4,000. Still, I think the path of least resistance for 10X or even 100X, in some cases 1000X returns is in other coins, but it's his choice!

I gotta say, as much as I love Peter Schiff he's definitely got all his prior assumptions about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies wrong.

I still think his fundamentals are sound, but he underestimated the impact of CC. He might have rectified that today as the returns people are getting are as unambiguous as it gets.

Bitcoin - not necessarily. I tend to agree with Cuban it's in a bubble. That doesn't mean that the whole crypto world is. Bitcoin itself is slow(can take 10 minutes to process a transaction), not as safe as many of them, and definitely not enough privacy. Its fees are also much higher than other coins(that btw only take 5 seconds to process). The only reason it is doing so well is because most people are oblivious to the fact there's now about 1,000 cryptocurrencies out there. And as I said, their application goes alot further now than just a coin. Eventually others will catch up and then I think Bitcoin will be sold hard in favor of greener pastures, no pun intended.
