Yes, I have the cover letter not a personal affidavit, should I write one ? Keep it simple.

thanks a bunch. I did that, included a personal letter explaining my side and also a cover letter with a table of contents. Just overnighted it thru Fedex to USCIS. Would you know how long the wait is for bio metrics etc now?
