My PD is November 7, 2016
My interview is scheduled for September 25th, at Des Moines filed office
Can I get any advice for what items/documents to take to the interview?

Wait for the letter. They are going to mail you an appointment letter that has the list of documents you need to bring to the interview.

There was a lot. You can visit my timeline, it is updated. I wrote a review of the whole thing.

They ask questions directly from the I-485 form and the G325A. 

Know your address names of spouses siblings and where they live etc.

thank u,

we used lawyer to first send the application and documents but we aren't using the lawyer for interview, lawyer is costing too much for interview ($900); would that be okay to go without a lawyer. Lawyer did send lot of pictures of us, affidavit from friends, joint utility bills etc at the time of application.
