Processing administrative

Bonjour, je m'inquiète de ma demande de visa. Après mon entrevue, le fonctionnaire consulaire m'a dit que mon cas était soumis à une procédure administrative, mais lorsque je vérifie mon statut sur CAEC, je vois "pas de statut". Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'expliquer?

Hi, did they ask you to submit some missing documents? if yes may be they are waiting to receive the missing document to update your status.

Note that it is not always that they update the system immediately after interview especially in Africa. Just be patient, administrative procedure can be short or long depending on each case.
