Can any recent U.K. beneficiaries who have been interviewed help me with these queries?

1. I've read at other US embassies that the beneficiary is expected to take the petitioner's original divorce decree or a notorised one. Did anyone have this request at the London US Embassy if their US petitioner is divorced? My F submitted a copy with his I-129F petition already.

2. Does any paperwork or evidence need a wet signature from the petitioner nowadays? @ConOfficer mentioned in an I864 thread that scanned copies of Affidavits of Support are accepted now but I'm not sure if that also applies to the I-134.

Do the pay stubs, tax returns and bank statements need a petitioner's wet signature?

Does the Letter of Intent need a wet signature or will a scan be ok?

I know that London doesn't usually request Evidence for Ongoing Relationship, but we are intending on taking a few photographs and evidence to the interview just incase - does the petitioner need to sign them or can the beneficiary at interview stage?

3. I'm confused with the I-134 instructions. If the US petitioner is employed full-time and has a letter from their employer, do they still need to supply tax returns, pay stubs and bank statements... or are bank statements and tax returns purely for the self-employed to supply?

Thanks in advance. I'm only thinking ahead about whether all of the Petitioner's paperwork could be emailed as pdfs to print off, rather than snail-mailed to the beneficiary in time for the interview.

I think it's a best practice to have letters and I-134 with a wet signature. That is not to say London hasn't accepted just about anything at least once. Some personal ones I know from VJ friends are getting in to interview without having his passport and another getting her visa with only an old photocopy of her birth certificate from India. So they make exceptions.  But why would you worry about bringing photographs which have never ever been asked for, yet want to skip document signatures that typically are wet?

London will accept an employer letter as the only proof of income for an I-134. Lot's have verified that. If you want to bring other stuff like a tax return or pay stub, do not sign and photocopies/scans are easily accepted.

You only need a new letter of intent for London if your interview is past the four month expiration of your NOA2. Not many go that long between NOA2 and interview so probably not going to be needed.

Go go get your shots sorted and order your police certificate immediately if you are planning ahead.

Edit it forgot to answer that my fiancé' proof of marriage ending was not presented in London. That got covered and approved with the petition. The whole London trip is about you and your documents, except for I-134.

I refer to this article, but no mention of I-134 form within it, yet ConOfficer referred to Affidavit of Support and the I-134 is an Affidavit of Support

Oh My, I wouldn't chance forgetting either of them. I missed a flight for an important business meeting once because I forgot my passport. I've not forgot it since! :)

I would rather have everything to hand in the extraordinary event that it's requested than have one of those 221g forms presented and cause any delay.

As previously mentioned, we're contemplating sending petitioner's docs by email rather than snail mail when our time comes

Great. Thanks for the clarification.

Great. Thanks for that.

Regarding these cases. They didn't simply forget.

Some personal ones I know from VJ friends are getting in to interview without having his passport and another getting her visa with only an old photocopy of her birth certificate from India. So they make exceptions

1. The beneficiary had submitted his passport to the Home Office to extend his U.K. student visa. Seven months later and after his course was finished, it hadn't been returned. Huge runaround from UKHO, but nobody could seem to find his passport. Lost but they wouldn't admit it. Petitioner had cancelled three fiancé visa interviews waiting. Finally got US embassy to agree to conduct the interview without his passport and visa was pending until UKHO finally found it.

2. The beneficiary's parents held the only original birth certificate (and would not give her that or her passport. UK Passport was easy to replace. All efforts for certified birth certificate through Indian embassy in London, correspondence with India direct, and other means failed. She went to interview with all correspondence and the police reports she had filed (restraining order) against her father. She got her visa and eventually US citizenship without an original birth certificate.
