Hi

Can you apply for Citizenship, 3 years from your marriage date or is it 3 years from when the GC was issued? Also can I apply for Citizenship even though I haven't received my 10 year GC yet. I have received the NOA so I have been granted a year extension. I entered on a K-1 visa if that matters.

Thanks

3 years minus 90 days from the date of the green card would be the earliest you can file.

This is a cool little tool https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/dateCalculator.html
