Does anyone know how you can reschedule an appointment at the London Embassy?

Finally we have the appointment for my husbands 14 year old son but would prefer to schedule it when it does not mean taking him out of school?

We spoke to London Embassy receptionist who would only say Email Email Email?  Is this the only way to reschedule?

Secondly is it possible to specify dates you would prefer & how likely are they to cooperate with date choices when they are a couple of months in advance?

Thanks everyone who has helped us on this journey so far.

See if you can reschedule via this website: https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv. Even if you email them, is unlikely they'll work things around the kid's schedule :( He'll probably need to skip school for a day.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Thanks for the replies we are now stuck! I tried the suggested link it just says I can not use it but I still sent an email.

I have sent an email 8 days ago no reply

I have sent an email 2 days ago no reply

Now we can not even find out if the appointment has been changed or is still as scheduled?

I do not know if I should book flights back to UK for the original appointment for our 14 year old son or not?

Any help appreciated how to get out of this situation?
