Hello everyone,

I am filling form I-131( Re-entry Permit) and I have questions about the address in Part 1 and Part 3

  • In Part 1, for the Physical Address, does my physical address match to the address on my ID card? I have a plan to move to a new place in September, should I use my new address?
  • In Part 3, if I would like to pick up my document in Vietnam, should I select the answer 6 (To a U.S. Embassy or consulate) or 7 (To a DHS office overseas). For the address that the notice to pick up the travel document should be sent, can I use my address in Vietnam?
  • Should the address in Part 1 (2.a through 2.i.) be similar to the address in Part 3 ( 10.a through 10.j)?

Thank you so much for your consideration. I would appreciate for any help.
