AOS Payment Issue

Hi guys,

I having weird issue with AOS payment. It has been almost 12 days since i have paid my bill (payment was cleared from my bank account) but payment website is still showing "in progress". I have called NVC several times about this and they told me they are having some issue with ceac website. One of them told me to send proof of payment which i already did last week but NVC site is still showing "In progress" status. In the mean time, they let me pay IV fee (which is showing PAID ironically) and submit DS-260. I have send all my documents to NVC. Now my biggest concern since payment website is showing "in progress" for AOS bill, is it going to holdup my Documents and DS-260 application review process? Has anybody faced similar issue?. Any idea?. Please let know and share if you have any suggestions. Thank you

Mine is in the same state.

It seems their payment site has had this problem before.  There's another thread from July describing the same problem.  After several weeks, everything appeared to have resolved itself.

I am having same issue! 2 weeks so far for both AOS fee and IV fee! Hopefully they figure it out soon, SO FRUSTRATING!

Ok hopefully by the end of this week then, what sucks is when I called they said they rejected my payment for IV fee but it wont let me pay again yet, so once i can i probably have to wait another 2 more weeks or so to show paid and I can start my IV application :(.

For anyone who's payment is stuck in "In Process", please let us know if you either find a way to get it unstuck or if it becomes unstuck by itself.

Both my AOS and IV fees are "In Process" but it's only been about a week.

what i have understood from NVC agent is that most important is to show PAID on IV payment. Without that you can not submit DS-260 and your document review processing clock will not start until they received DS-260. Make sure to keep proof all of all payments

FYI

I have already send the payment proof last week buy still stuck in progress. What  i understood from NVC agent that they might update AOS as PAID, once they scan my documents. But for your case, wait until Friday and then call  NVC (preferably after 9:00 PM) and  send the payment proof after talking to them
