Hello, In the I-129f form it asks for proof of meeting. If you mind, do you guys know if our flight tickets and receipts that we will be sending in should original or a copy? Also, should our birth certificates be original? Thanks so much.

Only submit copies. Unless originals are asked.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

They can be copies - be sure to include boarding passes as tickets aren't proof of travel.

When I was going through my K1, I sent in everything that placed either one of us around each other. Train ticket, plane tickets, receipts for anything travel related that we both did, a copy of passport stamps that showed I had entered the country in his town of residence, photos, affidavits. 

 

It was 100% overkill, but I find that's better for these types of applications. Better to be over prepared than to get an RFE and have to wait longer. We wait long enough as it is. Honestly, just when you think it's enough, do one more thing. You won't be sorry.
