Hi I'm new us citizen, and planning to petition my parents mother and father, found out that my mother birthdate and year on her birthcertificate instead of sept 25,1964 and show sept 26,1968 so we inquire on how to fix it and its a long process, city hall from where my mom born said it need to go to court hearing , were willing to do that first but when we found out the time of process and theres no assurance that it fix on a certain time.. Fast forward so now we decided to use whatever on her n.s.o bc, which is sept 26,1968.

Question: Can her age on her marriage certificate will affect if I petition my father? coz I read in uscis website that no need for marriage certificate for petitioning mother only when petitioning father.

Thank you any response will truelly appreciated.
