Well, the I-134, letter of intent and any translations need to be signed and dated for the K-1 interview stage. Tax transcripts and pay stubsdon't need signature. Employer letter is signed and dated by whoever issued the letter, bank letter by bank officer.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

One more question...on the I-134 it say to answer all questions fully and none/zero were apply. So, if I have one dependent and put their name in the area for additional dependent do I put none.

Input info of your dependent in the first set of boxes. For the subsequent sets, if you don't have other dependents then write 'None' in the name columns.
