Hi i sent my form i-130 for my spouse and child to phoenix lockbox last august 14 2017 and it was delivered to 85034 august 16 is that okay? when will they respond to me if ever they've already received it?

I'm sure they will send you a letter if a couple weeks informing you they got your package. You will know it also when they try to cash any check you mailed them.
