Sounds like a misunderstanding and wasted time, having revoked your visa the possibility of a new one is next to nil.

No one here can really say if you will be approved or not. You didn't overstay,  and did the right thing by getting an extention. Also,  you didn't come here and rack up all kinds of doctors bills either so thats a plus as well. If you have the money to spend  then by all means,  try and see.  Did they say exactly why they revoked your visa the first time? There was no ban with it, right?

Yes they did not ban me.. they have said that I have different circumstances that's why they r revoking.. and I can re apply anytime.. that's why I curious what to do because it's so frustrating to wait 2 year.. I want to go there to visit while visa is in process. That's all

No laws have changed here...family preference visas are limited each year. If more people apply than visas available, the wait becomes longer.

Let me chime in here. You are getting defensive and what the guys here are simply asking is why was your visa revoked. You said your circumstances are different that does not explain reason behind cancelling someone's visa. No need to give off attitude. Without answering that very questionn as to the why you will not be guided accordingly. You asked for assistance but refuse to give the details that can guide someone to assist you. If you refuse to then just stop asking for help as it makes no sense.

Hello guys, I visited my husband 2 times in United states.. 2nd time I got pregnant and delivered a baby because my doc said it's a high risk pregnancy I cnt travel. So couldn't come back on time so we applied for extension and it got approved.. i came back from usa in dec 2016.. in janaury 2017 my husband applied F2A forme and in February I got a call from an embassy for interview I went there they revoked my b2 visa I asked them the reason they told me on that time I have different circumstances and now u have different situation, that's why they r revoking and they give me a letter in which they have mention my visa is revoked and put some charge on me at the same time they have mention that I can reapply anytime.. as we all can see cases are too slow from 8 months.. So we cnt assume when we get an interview date..my husband want to reapply for me because he want me and my daughter to be with him in states.. he is saying u can tell interviewer that my daughter visa is going to expire and I dnt know when will be my f2A visa process gonna be done so I can visit my husband in this period.. what you guys think should I apply for b2 visa and the reason I am going to tell them is make any sense? Please share your thoughts on it.. thank you

This is the first time I hear that the embassy calls to revoke the visa. How did they even know your husband filed for F2A normally there is no communication between USCIS and Embassy in this early stages??

You are unlikely to get another non-immigrant visa to visit the US.  I would suggest you and your husband make arrangements for him to visit you or for you to meet in a third country that you are able to travel to, while you wait.

Exactly!! that's why we are confuse they didn't give me a solid reason for revoking my visa.. May be I took extension and delivered a baby there..they gave me a letter in which tjey said that visa purpose is just to visit United States. And I have deliver a baby there and took extension.

Not saying it is a common occurrence but certainly does happen.

We can make a reasonable assumption as to why.

Lat one I saw that was sort of similar was where the person had used Medicaid for the delivery.
