Hi,

My husband just mailed yesterday our initial RFE. We applied for AOS and EAD. My son and I had our Biometrics taken last February 20th, 2007. We received our initial RFE February 9th -- requesting for evidence about my husband's affidavit of support.

Questions:

* What's the next step after that? Wait until we hear back from MSC?

* Is there a possibility that they would ask for more RFE?

* How long it takes to have your EAD approved? and for AOS interview?

I appreciate your answers to my questions.

Thanks a lot!
