i129f petition application has passed processing time

I submitted my I129F application back in November of 2016.  I received a receipt notice on November 14, 2016 confirming USCIS have received my application.  Since then I have yet to hear back from them.  I have made multiple online case inquiries regarding my application beiing passed the outside normal processing time.  I talked to a representative on July 14, 2017 and he claimed my case was sent to an agent for review and that I must wait another 30 days to hear from them.  It's passed 30 days and I have yet to hear anything again.  For all November 2016 and December 2016 K1 petitioners, are you having the same issue as I am?  Please let me know.  It's getting very frustrating. Thank you all for the support.

You're definitely out of normal processing times :( Get a congressperson to inquire on your behalf.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
