My fiance (now husband) and I went through the K-1 process in Morocco recently. I can try to answer any specific questions you have about the K-1 process through the Casablanca consulate.

Have you and your fiance met in person yet?

You do what you need to do, but the idea behind the VJ forums is that it's a community and the information is peer reviewed for accuracy (it's not perfect...most of us are not professionals, but it catches a lot of inaccurate information or special exceptions). No two people have the same immigration experience...what worked in one case may not be appropriate for another (i.e. I would have front loaded my case and visited more/longer if I was going through Morocco since it's a much more difficult embassy).

Ok Thanx . I understand you . I went to look on Guides . And i found its helpful

I just have Questions .. not about the process itself but about the conditions . I mean age .. meeting .. and also the affidavit of support

Alright.

Things like an age gap, difference in religion, how many times or how long you spent together in person, etc. may or may not be considered "red flags" that set a higher bar to prove your relationship is legitimate. It's all about local customs. However, you do want to send lots of relationship evidence with your initial I-129F. Then more/newer evidence for the interview. Relationship evidence is how you overcome any sort of red flag. They love to see lots of time spent in person together. Photos with the families help as well.

To file the I-129F, you must have met at least once within the past 2 years. You must provide evidence of this - boarding passes, itineraries, receipts, tickets/passes, etc. Photos are secondary evidence (proving a date/location is not usually possible), but can be used as well to corroborate the other evidence.

The relationship is evaluated at the embassy (during the interview), along with the I-134. You don't send the I-134 with the I-129F (it would likely be outdated by the time the embassy got it). For the I-134, the petitioner needs to show that they make at least 100% of the federal poverty level for the household (https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-864p.pdf). If employed, then things like a letter from your employer and pay stubs work well. If self employed, then they will need to see the most recent tax return (it's good to include this anyway IMHO). If you don't make enough, then you will need a co sponsor...albeit a handful of embassies usually don't accept one so I will defer to others in your case.

Just note that the petitioner will need to file an I-864 after getting married in the US on the K-1 visa. This goes by the 125% level in the document linked above, but always allows a qualified joint sponsor, and needs the past 3 years of taxes being filed.

I suggest your fiancee also join the site do that she can ask questions also. The process involves both of you and you both need to be fully aware of all the rules and requirements. It's not enough to have just one half of the couple doing all the work.
