Removal of conditions, on going divorce

I came here through K-1 visa last Dec 2013 and got married at the same month/year. Filed my AOS and got my EAD last Jan 2015 and currently waiting for my I-751 result, filed it last Dec 2016. I caught my husband multiple times chatting with different women since 2014 and read a chat from his friend that he regretted marrying me and confronted him about it. He told me that it was just a gush of emotions and he really didn't mean it. I know I was so stupid to believe it but honestly speaking I love my husband so I let it go. Everything went smooth, we moved to our own apartment after a year of living in his parents basement. Just this past few months, I started to earn good money and he started acting weird,we have been fighting all the time and it came to my knowledge that he sent a withdrawal letter, since we filed jointly. I just found out that he's been on dating site and met a woman when i was sleeping so I decided to call it done. He was telling me that I will be sent to my country. I am so worried that it will affect my I-751 papers. We have been married over 3 years, almost 4 years now.

 

-Just wanna ask for advice what are the steps i have to do since he sent a withdrawal letter?

-Do i need to sent any docs to USCIS?

 

any answers would be greatly appreciated.

As long as you can prove the marriage was entered into in good faith you can immediately file for divorce and file with a divorce waiver,
submitting the final divorce decree when you have it.

Collect all evidence now of financial co mingling, co habitation, keep it in a safe place. Read the list of evidence examples in the
ROC guide. He can not withdraw YOUR application, he can decide not to be part of it any longer but it's not his application.

Yes, i have screenshots of his online dating site account and his blog showing her new woman whom hes been chatting even if we were still together. He is in my health insurance, dental insurance, apartment lease, we had a car loan where i cosigned for him, and some of the bills is still on my name. He left the apartment lend of july without paying any of the bills, and he is still on the lease, He dont wanna sign off even if he is not living here anymore, He's reason is "too far from his work".

Make sure you have joint bank account statements from inception of marriage also in addition to other evidence.

We don't have any joint bank account, we can't open a bank account together since he was banned for 10 yrs, thats the reason why he didnt have any. But we did filejoint income tax in the 2013, 2014, 2015

Whatever financial trail you have together, even credit cards or whatever, it will be needed but you can't submit what you do not have

so look through the list. The car loan is good. Car insurance, joint car title. Power of attorney, wills...gym cards, joint phone bills.

You said the bills are in your name, they are looking for both of your names on bills and accounts not just one.
Think co mingled.

They don't care who he chatted with.
