yes, you're good to go

you are a legal permanent resident

The OP is not a legal permanent resident that comes when he/she adjust from the 2 year to the 10 year thus becoming a LPR. Currently they are only a conditional permanent resident.

Thx a lott

So all what i need to carry  with me is my 2 years gc and passport

Yes. GC and passport. If you have a name change because of marriage and it is not so in your passport I recommend carry with you your marriage certificate. Have a safe trip and enjoy your stay.

hi

yes she is, she is a conditional legal permanent resident, a conditional LPR, a resident is a resident, and she is allowed to travel whether she has a 2 year GC or a 10 year GC. yes, she will have to remove conditions to get the 10 year GC

but she is still a LPR, the difference is that she is conditional

OP is a legal permanent resident, albeit a conditional one. There is no difference between a conditional and unconditional LPR other than the requirement to remove conditions for the former.

 They are not a legal permanent resident ( as they have GC good for two years until they request to remove the conditions using the I-175 when eligible). You contradicted yourself in your sentance with "albeit".  Their visa is conditional permanent resident until such time that they file the I-751 to remove the conditional and have thier status changed to a legal permanent resident (10 year green card). http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/free-books/fiance-marriage-visa-book/chapter7-4.html And https://www.uscis.gov/i-751. On the latter link pay particular attention to the "purpose of the form".
