My I130 was approved today. My I-129F was touched on April 17 and it was sent to CSC from NBC for processing. :dance: I only filed I129F about 3 weeks ago since I was waiting for USCIS to send me NOA1. Can I just go with I130 instead of I129F? Is there any steps I should take right now? Thanks in advance

FORM I-130 PROCESS

Jan. 15, 2007 - Got married in India

Feb. 02, 2007 - Sent Form I-130 via Certified mail

Feb. 05, 2007 - NSC Receives Form I-130

Feb 07, 2007 - NOA-1

Mar. 15, 2007 - Touched

April. 11, 2007 - Touched

April 17, 2007- Approved!!

May 01, 2007- Touched

NVC Processing of I-130

April 27, 2007- Received by NVC

May 14, 2007- IV Bill and AOS fee bill Generated

May 22, 2007- Sent AOS fee bill

May 27, 2007- Received AOS fee bill in mail

June 11, 2007- Received I-864 package in mail

June 14, 2007- Still no IV bill. Called NVC so that they can resend it.

June 18, 2007- Sent completed I-864 package

June 22, 2007- Still no IV bill

June 25, 2007- Finally Received and Paid the IV bill!!

August 05, 2007- Sent DS-230

August 21, 2007- Case Completed at NVC

August 27, 2007- Case Forwarded to Embassy

October 15, 2007- Interview!! Visa approved!!

October 18, 2007- Visa in hand

October 27, 2007- US arrival!!

Congrats!! Take a look at the average timelines to determine if going with I-129F would be faster? I think at this point, I-130 is faster.

I-130

2007-03-17: NOA1

2007-06-01: Approved

I-129F (K-3)

2007-03-26: NOA1

2007-06-01: Approved

2007-07-26: Interview at Consulate

2007-08-06: US Entry

AOS

2007-10-31: AOS NOA1

2008-04-04: Green Card received.

Removing conditions

2010-01-19: Filed I-751

2010-01-26: Check cashed

Congrats!!! Since your I-130 was approved first and your I-129f was just transferred to CSC I think your I-130 will be forwarded to NVC. Try calling USCIS to make sure in a few days.

I hope CSC keep up the approvals... :dancing:

I think the approvals from California should be coming to many people this week. I just got an e-mail approval for my 129 and 130 today.

AOS Timeline

7/28/07 Sent AOS and EAD package to Chicago Service Center

8/31/07 NOA1 for I-485 Adjust Status & NOA1 for I-765 EAD

9/26/07 Biometric appointment

10/31/07 EAD card arrives in mail

11/16/07 Applied for SS number. Told it will arrive in 10 days.

I-129 Timeline

1/29/07 Mailed I-129 package to Chicago Service Center

1/31/07 Received by Chicago Service Center

2/02/07 NOA1 notice date from Missouri (NBC)

2/05/07 NOA1 received in mail

2/12/07 E-mail stating form was transferred to California Service Center

2/17/07 Letter stating form was transferred to Calfornia Service Center

2/20/07 Arrived at California Service Center

4/17/07 NOA2 e-mail notice date

4/21/07 NOA2 approval received in mail

5/4/07 NVC received approved I-129F. Assigns case number.

5/8/07 NVC sends documents to the embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan

5/11/07 Documents arrive in Pakistan, appointment package sent.

5/14/07 Received letter in mail informing us the NVC has sent our package to Pakistan.

5/15/07 Packet received with interview date, DS forms, etc.

5/17/07 Wife's medical examination date

6/5/07 Interview Date @ 08:00

6/5/07 Interview was successful. Was told my wife was "approved" and should receive her visa in a few weeks.

6/12/07 Wife receives passport with K-3 visa via AMEX

7/22/07 Wife arrives in Chicago

I-130 Timeline

1/16/07 -- Mailed I-130 package to Nebraska Service Center

4/21/07 -- NOA2 approval received in mail
