Hey guys , so we're in the process of waiting the noa2 . I'd like to have all my documents ready to go as soon as it arrives to be well prepared . I have my U.K. And french police certicates and I was wondering if anyone knows if the London embassy will accept a noa1 as proof of needing a police record certificate as it takes approx 2-3 months to process and obviously I'd like it done way before :-)

I'm not quite sure what you mean. I ordered my police certificate yesterday and it said 10 working days for processing. Are you referring to something extra?

i meant the Japan Police record, i have the UK record already but just the Japan one i need.

I see! I didn't see 'Japan' until just now. I assume you have to go through the london embassy and can't directly apply to Japan online? Sorry I can't be of any help!
I just want to mention however, I notice your timeline says you filed in June. In this case you have another 2 months average wait until NOA2 anyway. Im an April filer and they are just getting started processing April cases right now.

You should ask the Japanese embassy what they require.

They provide a phone number for the certificate officer.
