VISA in MANILA

Hi everyone! My wife has already passed the interview, and we got her visa already. I would just like to know is the envelope supposed to be cut at the top right corner exposing the documents? I am so careful about this "envelope" but I would just like to know if it does arrive like this for everyone else as well.... especially for the ones in Manila. The envelope itself is SEALED, but again - the right corner part is EXPOSED...I sure hope that's intentional.

As i remember, mine was diagonally cut on the left side, just dont open the envelope and your wife will be fine at POE. Congrats.
