I mailed my petition for my I-129f to the Dallas lockbox almost 30 days ago. I have not heard back and have been trying to contact their customer service and I don't hear back from them. I also want to know when I am supposed to pay everything? Have I not heard back because I didn't send the money with the application? I am very new to this and so is my fiance. It's hard going through this process together when he's in Europe and I'm in the states. Any help will be greatly appreciated and I'd like to know more info about the fees!

When you mail a petition, you must include a check or money order for the filing fee amount. They will return your petition package to you. Did you even include any supporting documents with your submission?

ETA: Here's the K-1 guide - http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide. G-325A is no longer needed. Current filing fee is $535. Here's the latest I-129F form - https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

I included supporting documents and loads of evidence but I had no idea about including the check. I have been doing more research on my own and saw that I could file the petition online and pay through uscis website. Do you think this would be a good idea once I get my petition package back?

For I-129F, there is no such thing as online filing :( You can only mail it either to Dallas lockbox or Lewisville facility. When they return you your package, go through everything and add on more stuff that would help with your submission PLUS the filing fee check!!

This is not the USCIS website - it's a website to help you fill out the forms, something you could do yourself. On the I-129F page, there is a document with instructions. Download and read it carefully and then submit your papers.

That is a visa service provider. Kinda like RapidVisa. You have to pay them a fee. Submitting documents online via that website does not transmit your documents to USCIS. Also, I wouldn't advise you to forward documents online via any website unless it is an actual USCIS or State Department's website because you never know who would get ahold of your confidential documents.

One last question (btw thanks for being so helpful!!) where can I find more info on the G-325A? I know you said it's no longer required, but I just want to make sure I know everything I should.

Trust me, it is not needed because it has been incorporated into the new I-129F.

For your reference only - https://www.uscis.gov/g-325a. Do not submit this.

ETA: Please read the I-129F instructions sheet.

Since the G-325A isn't needed anymore do I still need to complete steps 6 and 7 here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide ?

Is your return address over seas or in USA?

30 days seems like a LONG time not to get your package back for lack of payment.

In the future send it via Delivery confirmation so you can track that it made it there and also include Form G-1145 so they can send you and update on your case
