I'm planning to apply for express entry in Canada as I-130 is taking forever for my spouse. If I apply and got accepted through express entry scheme then will it adversely affect my wife's I-130 petition?

Would your wife join you in Canada?  If so, you might want to have a good read at this thread:

I live in USA. If we got accepted then our plan is- my wife will move to Canada. She can easily get a job. I will visit her every now and then until her I-130 petition gets approved.
