No, what happened recently is because Trump doesn't just sit back and let the Left Wing media smear him.  This is what is going on in Washington right now.  GOP members are supposed to just accept being called a racist, or a misogynist, or zzz-phobic and sit quietly and never defend themselves when the real racists, etc. are sitting pretty (the DNC).

I think Congress is the problem period. Republicans pay lip service to ending Obamacare when Obama is in office to get elected them when they have a chance to take action they weasel out of it. It kind of says something doesn't it?  For the members of Congress, being a Washington insider is more important that actually accomplishing something.

Strange that the left, in their obsession with approval ratings, haven't said a word about the approval ratings of Congress (20%, hasn't been anywhere near 50% since 2003).

Nothing needs justifying because we could never justify embracing Alt right, Natzis, skinheads or KKK as "fine people" in the context of their violent terrorist intrusion into a community they were not from or wanted.

19 injured, 1 beautiful young woman dead because a perverse set of people wanted to prove to themselves they are brave defenders of a mythical European standard of truth and beauty when what they really know, they are cowards and have no capacity to make a moral inventory on how their lives need to change. When I saw some one (I suppose a veteran) wearing the 82nd Airborne cap give a Natzi salute knowing that many men under that standard fell in Sicily, the Bulge, Normandy and many other places fighting for the future of the world against facism...I felt the throwup in the back of my mouth.

 

Why is it so hard for the president to grasp? Those were not fine people, nothing fine about it. I feel sorry for those who don't get it.

Congress has been in the dirt for a good number of years but that doesn't mean we let Trump off the hook because they're doing a bad job. He's the President, he suppose to represent all of us, he's held to THE highest standard of any politician in this country.

 

Military leaders and congressman in this country are now having severe doubts whether this man has the mental capacity to lead and run the country.
