Good day Guys,  i have done my biometric last May 10, and was told to wait for 90 days or less for them to process ny EAD, and last July 10 (Saturday) i recieved a MAIL from USCIS and asking for a Request Of Initial Evidence, and on the 31st i send the RFE (initial) and the send me an email on  August 3 that they have recieved my MAILED RFE (initial)... i'd like to ask how long would i wait to get notified? Or how long should i wait to get m EAD or is there a way we can override it??? Thank you im looking forward for your response guys...

As of January they aren't required to fulfill 90 days anymore - it is now only a "guideline". Lately EAD's are taking anywhere between 90-120 days. You can make a service request online or by phone to get status info on your case. You can also apply to expedite an EAD if you have a job offer.
