Congressman has no power over Embassy , they have probably mentioned that in the letter you reicived from them, can you please tell me after how long your fiancé visa status was changed ?? Or any changing at all ???

In June it changed to NIV.(which was 4 months after interview).. now IV is the only one that's getting updates. I don't know what to do. It's so depressing. Do u know anything about Mehar  story? I heard he was denied. He said he knew they didn't believe their relationship. I wonder when they told him this. I don't want to wait so long in AP to get denied..im so scared over this!

Yes I knew him ... that’s cos he had too many red flags on his case & if they wanted to reject your visa they would have done it by now .. stay cool... I hope for an update on mine as well it’s been 4 months now

I cant remmeber exactly but his fiancé was Native American , don’t know abt the age ! Well age don’t restrict people falling in love however it makes the CO suspicious about the relationship and I guess as long as you can prove your relationship that all it matters ... ! Thanks god i didn’t had to prove my relationship where I had tons of proofs with me but CO didn’t needed it ... somehow I feel just cos I speak to many languages and I have traveled to a lot of countries made them suspicious about me. Lol

Well I guess it's good for us because they didn't ask my fiance for any more evidence of our relationship
