hi all,  I applied for my naturalization in August 2016, by September 2016 I had my fingerprints done,  didn't hear from uscis until July 2017 after calling a few times,  had my interview on August 11,  went well passed the test,  but decision cannot be made..  on August 15 I received a notification on my email stating

Oath Ceremony Scheduled

USCIS has scheduled your oath ceremony and will mail you the appointment notice.

but if I go on "View Case activity"  it say

in a green box,  estimated completion time NOVEMEBER 2017  (3 months)

ALSO IT SAYS BELOW THAT

Updated: August 15, 2017

We approved your application

Your final step to becoming a citizen is to attend your naturalization ceremony

We will mail you a letter when we schedule your naturalization ceremony.

Estimated wait time until your adjudication decision

4 months

just a little confused  what adjudication means on my case..  I did checked the box to have my name change,  and I'm in houston,  thank you all and God bless

Oh the ELIS system is not so updated, it is slow.

I already had my oath taking for about 2 months ago before they even update mine.

Just wait for the letter with all the info on your oath taking schedule. Congrats!

I also changed my name like you by the way.

Case Was Submitted For Quality Review Based On An Approval Recommendation

We recommended that your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number IOE090xxxxxxxxx, be approved. On August 15, 2017, your case was submitted for quality review. This is a standard process we use to ensure the quality of our decisions. Once our quality review is done you will be scheduled for an oath ceremony. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

this is what I get on the uscis check my status.
