If he has legal residence in Qatar through the work permit (it sounds like he does), he can go through the US embassy in Doha.

If you are going through the visa process and will be interviewing in Casablanca, Morocco, join us over at the

If he's currently living and working in Qatar legally and do not expect to depart from there anytime soon then do it in Qatar. If he's planning to move back to Morocco in the immediate future, then perhaps Morocco.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

I see you recently were approved by USCIS (NOA2). Did you select the Doha embassy on the I-129F petition for where the interview would take place? The next step is for the NVC to process your case and give you a case number, which is related to which embassy you selected on the initial application. From there, the NVC will send your case to that embassy, and once you have the case number you can track where your case is (at NVC, in transit, or at the Embassy). Once your case arrives at the embassy, you should receive further instructions on what to do for the interview. You might also want to email them once your case arrives, sometimes this is quicker than waiting for the embassy to contact you.

I'm pretty certain we selected doha, if for some odd ball reason we put Casablanca it's not a big deal. He works for the airline so traveling there won't be an issue just an inconvenience. Luckily we are going in September. I'll have to pull out the forms and double check where we put hopefully doha
