Hello VJ's,

I'm still confuse if I am eligible to apply for citizenship now or wait till DEC 2017. I use the early filling calculator and if I am right my anniversary of residency is my 2 yrs GC correct? (Which is on March 06,2017) I will file base on 3 years marriage of US citizen spouse. Thank you!

hi

your post is confusing, since when have you been a GC holder? on the 2 year GC it says residence since.

have you removed conditions and you have your 10 year GC? it is not only having been married for 3 years, but also being a GC holder for 3 years

Your eligibility to early file for citizenship is when you fulfill both the reach three years of marriage as well as being three years minus 90 days of having been a permanent resident requirements.

Also those who got a conditional resident card need to do removal of conditions, within the 90 days before the conditional card runs out.

What date does it say on your conditional green card next to 'resident from'?

Sorry for the confusion, I don't know how to edit my post.

I have been a Conditional GC on 03/06/2015 (My AOS took a year before approved)

Yes i'm currently on the process of ROC since Feb of this year.

probably you could file next year

removal of conditions are taking around a year these days, in march 2018 you would have 3 years of residency, you could apply 90 days before your 3 years, not 3 months

it depends on how the removal of conditions is going

3/6/2018 minus 90 days is when your N400 eligibility will begin. You could apply for naturalization with a pending I-751, you don't have to wait for its approval.
