Hello, sorry if this doesnt belong here.

I have a question. I have a turkish passport issued at turkish consulate in frankfurt and I'm currently filling out my visa application b2 for the US.

Country/Authority that Issued Passport/Travel Document, is it Turkey or Germany?

It should be Turkey because Germany did not issue the passport and they do not have the authority to do so. The passport was issued by your government - the Turkish Consulate that you went to.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
