So recently I’ve been getting full screen ads on the site. It’s prevents me from doing anything and I have to close the site and reload it.

Look at the pop up ads thread. A lot of us have had this problem for a while.

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Hi all-

 

To help debug the issue I will need help the next 3 - 4 days.  Each day I will remove an advertiser from our ad stack and I'll need you to use your iPhone on the forums to see if the issue is fixed.  For the sake of simplicity this includes the forums only.  When we narrow down the ad network I can stop them until they fix the issue.

 

Day 1 (Monday, US Time).  I've already removed the first set of ad networks.  Please let me know if you see any reduction in pop-ups / take-overs.
