Any update for you?

I got the same standard responses as you and the OP, but the difference is that my expedite request was made by USCIS while I was on the phone with them (and it showed online a few minutes later). The person said I should receive a letter next week. I'm just not sure what KIND of letter it is, lol.

Have you ever gotten a response or approval? I faxed all my documents on April 6 but have not heard since. Status shows still completed.

Yes! I've gotten my EAD/AP last March.

Now I'm waiting for any update on my I-485 (interview, hopefully).

So you basically waited another two months after requesting expedited processing? Did they come back to you in regards to the request? What did they say or did they just approve it eventually? Good luck, hope youll get it soon!

Thank you!

I don't think my SR was helpful because, like you said, it was approved only two months later.

I submitted my RFE (for I-485) in Feb this year since when the USCIS online status shows "received the evidence" and have not been updated for 63 days. I made a phone call to USCIS and was told they can do nothing but waiting. My wife needs to file the tax return of this year. I need my social security number. What can I do to speed up the process?

Hi, I'm in the same boat as you. I faxed my docs on April 6th too, but STILL haven't heard since. Did you hear anything yet ?

Sorry, I didn’t see your message. Yes, I received my ead already on May 1. Have you still not hear back from them?

How long did it take them to respond back to you after you faxed the evidence? It's been almost 2 weeks since I submitted my evidence to them (to expedite my EAD) but  haven't heard anything.

It took them about 2 weeks for me as well. I just received an email exactly one week after submission that they are working on my case and that they would notify me shortly. USCIS is just slow with everything, maybe I was just lucky...

They were quick at first... called them on a Tuesday to expedite my EAD, got an email requesting evidence 2 days after and faxed everything over immediately. I hope to hear something soon.

Interesting enough. I received my email for evidence immediately after hanging up. That did not even take 1 minute. Hope you will get yours approved soon!

Sometimes I think it's a hit or miss. There doesn't really seem to be a system. I've been wondering all these months why some cases are much faster than others. I wish they was more transparency.

I totally agree. I think this entire process needs to be reworked. I’m located In Houston so I probably have to renew my ead twice before actually obtaining the green card.
