oh no, I think this IO is new. coz he asked her is you mother us citizen ? this part of application said of neither parent not us citizens move to part 7 ..she left this part N/A ...but coz he is new he made correction let her answer questions does not have to answer...she said no her mother is not us citizen, but the questio so clear ((( If neither your parent ..etc move to next part)) same in different parts

You said she was the interviewed by 3 people in the room, so even if he was new and did that wrong once he was out of the interview his supervisor will correct him. They most likely didn't want to correct him in front of your cousin as that would look bad and might have worried her. It is also possible that as that section was supposed to be skipped he just crossed out all of the N/A in that section as it was supposed to be completely skipped.

"The true origins of the myth seem to be lost to time, but the meaning of the superstition makes perfect sense. The logic is that a knife can symbolize the severing of a relationship, so you shouldn't give it as a gift for events, especially weddings. A knife, they say, will cut the ties that bind a friendship together."

Maybe flowers or ticket to cinema?:D

I was thinking that knives were a bad idea because she may cut her after what she said.

Thanks for all of my friends here in this website who prayed for my cousin.

They put her in line for oath ceremony. Any Idea how long and she will receive the letter by mail?

I feel happy for her...

that depends on how often oath ceremonies are held at the location applicable to her.  I've heard some people get the letter in a week's time, I've heard up to a month.  Some offices hold ceremonies once a week or more---some hold a ceremony only when there is a set number of people approved so they can do them all at once...which makes the wait a little bit longer.

If she opted to have her name changed at her interview, it will be a bit longer because she would have to have a judicial oath ceremony in that case.

Did they check "" uscis will send you a written decision "" ? Or decidion can not be made yet ?

Just for the record, in case someone is looking for a similar answer. And because I promised I'd come back to this thread for the answer:

They checkmarked:

USCIS will send you a written decision about your application

and

A decision cannot be made yet about your application.

Again, I'm a citizen now :)
