That's a perfect list and yes, the G-325A is no longer required as all the info that's in G-325A is asked in the I-485 form. Also, the petitioner need not submit their G-325A.

Also when you make the money order make it as two money orders as the money order limit at post office, banks etc is $1000. So make it $1000 + $225 which totals to $1225. Also, behind all the 6 Passport sized photographs write down the Applicant's full name and Alien number. Good Luck.

To be honest, wedding pictures are not necessary, just a copy of the marriage certificate. There's no harm in sending wedding photographs though. It's upto you if you want to write details behind the wedding photographs.

This is a GREAT list to have when we do this in a couple months. But I do have a question...  Do you really have to send in the I-129F petition? Or is it just the approval notices given after the petition was mailed in? I never received any of what you listed...

-Notice of Action 1 from I-129F Copy

-Notice of Action 2 from I-129F Copy

-National Visa Center Approval Letter Copy

And they have refused to mail any duplicates out. This is VERY concerning to me, and pretty ignorant on their part as none of what they send is send certified, so there is no proof it was even mailed.

The important one is the NOA2 I sent the 3 of them cause I had them all and it seemed handy.

I don't know how to get a copy of those.  Maybe it should be proof enough that your fiance got a k1 visa in his passport at the moment to arrive to the U.S.?

Also in that list, we didn't add the G325A.  Hope that helps you more :)

They want to see the NOA2 as proof of an approved petition that makes you eligible to file for AOS. So that's quite an important piece of paper to hold on to, you send a copy of it with the i-485 package. Always keep the originals to yourself unless told otherwise.

The NOA2 is very expensive if you need to get another one from USCIS. I have seen other threads on here where people have lost their NOA2 and successfully sent something else instead, can't remember what document they sent though. Try to search the forum unless you're willing to spend a smaller fortune on another piece of paper.

You would hope so. I have copies of all the online updates of the tracking from when they received it, it being approved, it moving to the NVC and then it going onto the Consulate. Sooo... you'd think its enough, They already told me they will not be sending any 2nd copies of the NOA1 or the NOA2, which I find horrible after paying them over $500 for the petition portion.

After what I have already paid for this process, I won't send them a penny more for something I never received, and they have no proof of sending me. Plus both the USCIS and NVC said they will not send out any copies. They didn't even mention they would for a fee. They can really go F*$% off on this.
