I have recently entered from the uk and married on the k-1 visa. Now I am prepareing the AOS package and Im kinda stumped regarding the i-369 and the i-369a. Obviously to obtain my k-1 visa I have already undergone my medical at Knightsbridge doctors in London, and have provided my full up to date vaccination records. I contacted Knightsbridge doctors to obtain a copy of this medical as it is ok for 1 year and they informed me the were not allowed to provide me with a copy. So the only proof I have of my vaccinations is the fact I have my k-1 visa. Do I have to undergo all the jabs and the underwear removing again or will my medical record already be on file from when it was sent to the us embassy?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thats odd that they wouldnt give you a copy of your vaccination worksheet. The only way for you to submit the I693A is either having the titre (blood tests) to confirm your shots are current or having the shots done again.

Try contacting the overseas one again and just ask for a copy of your vaccination worksheet, not the full medical. Check around your local area for the cheapest doc for shots if you decide to just redo them, then take that record with you to a Civil surgeon to have them put onto the I693a. Just make sure when you book in with the CS that they are aware that you only need the vacc supplement and not the full medical. Lots of people get told they have to redo the lot.

Thats odd that they wouldnt give you a copy of your vaccination worksheet.

They did the same thing to my fiance in Poland, and wouldn't give him a copy. They said they had instructions from the Consulate not to give copies... maybe they do this so the Civil Surgeons in the US make lots of money on re-doing vaccinations/medical exams for nothing.

Civil surgeon has the form, and you have to make sure when you contact them that your only needing the supplement.

You can find your nearest civil surgeon here. call around for a good price.

I had my medical at knightsbridge, and you should of recieved a form that had your vaccines on it from them ,however if you didn't, then I would call AGAIN tell them you don't need the full report, just the vaccine sheet.

Then take that and or any other vaccine record proof you have and the civil surgeon trascribes the form for you, puts it in an envelope, seals, stamps and signs it and you put it in your AOS package.
