Not really sure what to put in statement, and did you include any medical/doctors notes? No i am having someone help us I will be talking to her soon. But I like to hear from other people as well just to get better ideas. I want to send this out as soon asap but I want to make sure we put the right things together don't want to get RFE

Hello,

Sorry for not responding earlier as I've been busy at work and battling a cold. No I did not provide any medical documents as I do not have any. The waiver is basically how it will cause a hardship to you if your husband were to be deported and what would happen if you had to go to mexico to live with him while he carries out his ban. I read from your other post that you have a child but that doesn't count. This is all about how it will become a hardship to you and only you.  For more information please read this forum:

I did extensive research and reading to help me prepare on putting a strong packet together. Please read through and familiarizes yourself on the contents and component of a packet. As you go along let me know if you have further questions or comments.

If you put a good packet together then you shouldn't get an RFE. Thanks for the reminder as I forgot to take photos. In the meanwhile you can start working on the following:

1. Your personal statement

2. Spouse's statement

3. Reference letters

4. Fill out I-601A form

Let me know if you have any questions regarding what to include in the statement. Are you planning on doing this on your own?

Here sure to check these out as well:

I hired a lawyer but I pretty much did 95% of the work. All she did was to verify my statements and guidance and make sure there are no errors. Do you have any questions?
