The I-129F is filled and signed by the US petitioner only  :)  The foreign beneficiary only need to sign a letter of intent.

ETA: Refer to this K-1 guide - http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide.

G-325A no longer needed. Current fee is $535, check or money order must be drawn from a US based institution.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

If you read the link that I had shared, you'll realize that you need more than just what you mentioned. Things that you should send but not limited to:

  • Your signed letter of intent
  • US 2" x 2" passport photos of yourself
  • A copy of your birth certificate along with certified translation if it's in foreign language
  • A copy of your passport biographical page along with the passport stamps showing your entry and departure from the country where you met with your US petitioner in person (if applicable)
  • Your divorce decree if you have ever been divorced along with certified translation if it's in foreign language
  • Formal name change document along with certified translation if it's in foreign language
  • Your I-94 record if you entered the use with a B2
  • Evidence of meeting from your end - photos, flight itineraries, boarding passes, booking and purchase receipts to place you where you said you met and spent time with your US petitioner

I'm sure I'm missing out some stuff but pretty sure others would share as well as correct me as necessary :)

Only submit photocopies of your civil documents. Letter of intent can be an original OR scanned and printed copy. Certification of translation should be original signature.

ETA:

  1. I-129F current form - https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f
  2. G-1145 - https://www.uscis.gov/g-1145
  3. USPS Informed Delivery registration - https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action

In regards to USPS Informed Delivery, ask your US petitioner to register. That way she'll know when there's a USCIS or NVC letter coming her way. With Informed Delivery, a registered person will receive a scan on a daily basis of their letter sized incoming mails for the day before the mailman even starts their mail trucks to deliver letters :)
