Employers can fire you because they disagree with your views and how you choose to express them.  Some protection in some states, but it is easier to be self-employed if you want to be vocal...

They wear masks to as to not be identified by authorities. There's no job to speak of to prevent getting fired from.

Because they are white. If they were black, they would not be called protesters. They'd be called vandals, thugs, and other similarly charged names.

Just like a majority of the Antifa people that show up to various protests. They are never actually from that city but come there to "take some scalps".
