mon mari est américain et en 2014 nous avons fait une demande de visa pour que je puisse le rejoindre .Mais depuis que nous sommes mariés et qu'il est parti aux usa il est resté la-bas 7 ans sans revenir me voir à cause de ses études qu'il voulait terminer et avoir un bon travail.je précise qu'il a la nationalité américaine.Par la suite quand j'ai eu un entretien a l’embrassade l'agent a refusé la demande de visa par faute de preuve par ce que il a duré la bas sans revenir.Par la suite on na découvert que notre certificat de mariage n'a pas été bien enregistré au niveau de la mairie.Toutes ces circonstance ont fait que la demande a été refusé et tous les papiers ont été retournés aux usa pour une vérification.

mon mari est venu en 2015 pour essayer de régler  la situation mais c'était impossible .maintenant nous avons décidé de laisser tomber ce cas et déposer une nouvelle demande avec tous les papiers au complet sans faire recours . la question  qu'on se pose c'est est ce que lors de mon prochain entretien l'ancien cas pourrait etre poser ? est ce que parmi vous ya t'il kelkun dont le visa k-3 a été refusé ? si oui comment vous avez procédé pour faire une autre sans probléme.

You'll need to post this in English for the upper forums of Visa Journey.

 

It sounds like you don't have evidence that you and your husband are truly married. This hurdle is first and foremost for whichever visa you choose to apply for. Once you have solid proof of marriage, you should apply for the IR-1 visa as it appears you have been married for longer than two years. The K-3 visa is pretty much obsolete these days.
