So it's been 90 days officially since my fiancé and I got our NOA1 , can we start calling and asking what's going on with our NOA2? If so what number do we call?

Also do anyone know how long May filers for CA are estimating right now?

Thank you !

Kelly :)

It's taking closer to 4 months to get a NOA2 at the moment. You are still within the processing times :)

Their phone number is 1800 375 5283. However, Tier 1 Officer will only be answering with their typical call scripts. Even if you ask for a Tier 2 Officer, they are unlikely to be able to do anything either because you are within the processing times.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

U can call them if u like, but they give generic answers for everything. I would just wait my time, they will send the letter. I filed April 21st and I'm still waiting. Should hear something back this month though because a filer from April 13 got approval yesterday.

You are in Fayetteville? I am from Greensboro but living in Los Angeles now, we plan on moving to Fayetteville in a few months. Where in the Philippines is your fiance from?

She is in General Santos that's southern Mendano. I can't figure out how to reply, I can only reply to the thread and not your comment directly. Also send me a friend request on fb, search Rickey Voncannon. I'm the only one as far I know, I have the Philippines group here in Fayetteville and I'll introduce u and your fiancé to them.

When you are looking at someone's post there is a "Quote" button below what they wrote, so hit that and you can respond back to what I or someone else writes.

Ahhh ok. My wife/asawa is from Davao City which is in Mindanao as well. Have you gone to Mindanao yet, and if so how did you like it? I love it there honestly and I go there everytime we go back to the Philippines.  So that would be good if when we move that my wife has someone from Mindanao to talk to in Bisaya or Illongo.

My fiancé speaks 10 languages so I'm sure they will be able to communicate with no problem. I on the other hand know like 10 words and have given up on the language, I'm English through and through.

There is a Philippines subforum on here if you have any Philippines specific questions at all, we will do our best to answer them.

Yeah it is very common for Pinoys outside of Luzon to speak multiple languages. My wife on speaks 5.
