Yes, they are very different once you get to the consulate part of the K1.

There is only one place to get the medical for London. They ask to see the police certificate, presumably to see if there are any drug or alcohol related incidents for their mental health evaluation, which includes substance abuse.

oh ok...then i guess its a long wait at the medical place for immigrant applicants

Not really. There is usually an opening for the next week when you call to make your appointment. They courier the results to the embassy 3-4 days after the appointment, depending on when the bloodwork comes back from the lab. A bigger holdup often is trying to get your immunizations or records from your doctor's office. National Health Service is slow and people need to work on getting that in order while waiting for NOA2. And ordering their police certificate. Then they are ready to roll once the file makes it to London.

Ok and what about the applicant's copy of DS-3025? Do you have to go back and collect it or will they mail it to you?

They hand it to you before you leave your appointment, once someone has gone over shots with you and the panel physician has signed it.

Your tax return should show all your income, no?

Well no cause you dont tax tips and commissions and since im given half hourly at end if every night its not taxed either

Tips are taxable income. You are supposed to report them on your tax return.

All income you make is taxable unless you choose to commit tax fraud. If you have no tax return to show $2000 a month, then you will need another sponsor who can prove enough income on paper.

I was always told if you make minimum wage. Which i do. 7.25 an hour that you do not need to report tips.

Unfortunately, you were not informed properly.  However, this is good news since reporting your income might allow you to bring your fiancée here (also, you will avoid penalties from the IRS).

"Do I have to report all my tips to my boss?
If you received $20.00 or more in tips in any one month, you should report all your tips to your employer so that federal income tax, social security and Medicare taxes, and maybe state income tax can be withheld."  Source: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p3148.pdf

This is my first job so i haven't  ever filed taxes or anything before hand.

I have a similar issue with income as 1/2 of my income is related to Workers compensation payments. Only problem is, WC payments are not taxed, nor do they count as income for tax return purposes. I guess the only thing to do is save/bring the pay stubs to the interview?
