RFE feedback

Hello!

I am getting ready to send my RFE back, and I would like feedback on my evidence, and if I should include anything.

Two itinerary's (two separate trips)

One photo copy of return flight tickets from her home country to US

Four photos on different occasions.

Cover letter (should this go above the blue paper or below?)

Also how should I package this? They gave an envelope so should it all fit in there? And what is the ordering to which I should put these pieces together?

Thanks!

It's hard to give feedback on whether you included enough evidence or the proper evidence in response to your RFE...without knowing what the RFE was specifically in reference to.  What was the RFE asking for proof about?

It was asking for proof of meeting in person within the past two years.

For the passport proof - I am dual citizen, so I used my iranian passport to go visit which is all in farsi. One of the things mentioned there says that untranslated docs are no use....plus I have no proof in the US passport since they don't stamp that obviously if you use a different passport to go or leave that country.

So what is the best option here? Have the plane tickets, affidavit (written by one of her family members? or can it be me as a sworn letter?), Photos? is it enough...I would think photos together prove that we were together especially if the photos are marked with the date taken, but I may be wrong.

Iranian passport all in Farsi and of no use? Your focus shouldn't be on what language the passport is in. The passport stamps is what's important here!

If you entered the US with your Iranian passport, copy the pages with the stamps you received from a CBP officer at the US POE. If you meet in another country, copy the pages with the relevant passport stamps too.

For your proof of entry and exit to the US, print your I-94 from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/.

To prove that you have met in the last 2 years, your evidence could be but not limited to:

- flight itinerary

- boarding passes

- if you do not have the old boarding passes, e-mail the airlines customer service and get them to confirm you were on the said flights

- various bookings putting you where you said you were with your fiance/e

- various receipts putting you where you said you were with your fiance/e

- photos

All evidences can come from either the petitioner or beneficiary. Best if both parties contribute to the evidence pool to show that you both actually did meet.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
