Hi! I have two questions I hope someone can help me with.

In filing the I-130, the guidance asks you to send a pre-stamped and addressed envelope. Is that just a letter size envelope (and they'll pay postage/it's included in the fee to post your documents back to you), or does it need to be a big enough envelope/postage to send everything back to you?

And looking ahead at the I-864... I'll be leaving a job in the UK when we move to the US. My contract only goes to December now, and I have my contract to show that for domicile requirements.

Do I need to fill in all the info on the I-864 about my income from my job though? Or should I list the job, but leave off the income and note that it will not continue following the move?

Thanks in advance for help!

I don't know about London but in Rome we didn't get anything returned from the I 130 packet. They kept everything. If you are the US citizen then u can put ur current income. I did that and nothing more. Where it said employment, I put my job here in Italy. And that can work as domicile but it's not something concrete. Try using a job offer and a letter explaining it. Also a renters agreement can do. I used a screenshot of my friend's conversation where we agreed on rent and bills and a letter explaining it. That worked here in Italy. It also helped I was there too. She asked when I'll leave and that was all.
