K1 fiancé- does Islamabad notify you when NVC sends the case? Any packet 3?

Hi, my fiancé’s application was approved and sent to Islamabad on July 13th. It’s been a month and we have not heard anything from the Islamabad embassy. I’ve been emailing them but in response I get “follow the step in this link” however they are not telling me if they even have his case yet or not. Does anyone know if they still send Packet 3 or if they will notify us when to apply for the visa?

U have to go online register pay the fee after u get a receipt from the bank you will be able to schedule your appointment. They have to go to a bank in Pakistan there is instructions on travel docs

Did the beneficiary receive any email from the embassy before you filled out the online visa?

Hey Guys,

My finance is also in Pakistan we are waiting on NOA2 expected this month IA.

 

After NVC forwards the case to Islamabad, we file the DS 160 online and pay the fee correct?

What about the medical, i read it should be done prior to the interview however requires them sending us a packet? is this correct? 

 

If so how many packets are there? I read there are Packet 3, 3.5 and packet 4 also? Is this true for Pakistan?

There is no packet ceac will change to ready for interview and you schedule your medical and pay your fees. You will need the letter you receive showing your NOA2 for his medical interview you can email him a copy

So everything is done through CEAC site after the NOA2?

is this website legitimate? government business is done on a .gov domain not a .com
