Hi Friends, I need one advice from anyone who had my situation. Iam a petitioner for my husband and ourcase is NOA1 submitted on May. We both together live overseas outside of the United States. I need to really know WHEN do I need to relocate to US  to provide proof of US domicile? Before interview after interview?before medical? I need to know if the case or visa of my husband is gonna be approved or not then i go back and rent apt.

Also Do I need to be present for his Interview? Thanks

You do not need to be present for the interview.. most likely you would nlt be allowed into the consulate anyway

For the interview, your husband wil need to  be able to take with him the documents which will show you are establishing domicile in the US.. bank accounts, rental agreement, a job lined up, drivers license for you, registered to vote for you... some of the many pieces which can be used... You do not have to be resident in the US by the time of his interview.... just have things clearly in place. You must either already be in the US when he enters with his visa, or enter at the same time.

Thanks for the reply, but when I am not establish domicile then how do I get rental agreement or opening bank accounts in US ? Should I go back for visit and start opening bank account or signing a lease agreement? Do u know how long would it take approve visa after interview?
